Happy Birthday, DokuWiki!

I just realized, that I missed DokuWiki's birthday by two weeks. I just went through my old blog entries and stumbled across the very first announcement. It's already two years ago, that I released the first code. Feels like yesterday :-)

The only surprising thing about this post is that dokuwiki is only two years old. I've been using it for about 18 months and its very stable and mature, with an active user base and noticeable improvements in every release.

This seems like a good time to thank you for all your hard work - thanks :)

Only two years old? I choose it because it was one of the most feature complete and newbie friendly (I have no clue how Mysql works) wiki. I did not look back and am still happy.

Did I mention the good templates?
