Picture Commenter
The JPEG format allows you to store textual comments, which is very useful when you want to catalogue your digital photo archive or “watermarking” your webpictures.
The Picture Commenter allows you to read and store comments in .jpg-files. It makes use of Luke Komsta's JPGComment Delphi component which is included in the source.
