For dinner I made yellow butter and filled eggs.
Both recipes come from the same cook book I mentioned yesterday.
And because it's really delicious, here's the recipe for “Yellow Butter”:
Mix 100g butter with:
- the yellow part of 3 cooked eggs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 table spoon sour cream
- a pinch of salt
